    What is the best notebook cooler for an HP DV6 Laptop that is 15.6 inch diagonal. Is it the zalman zm nc 2000?

    I use this and it does the trick just fine.

    Keep in mind that sometimes, certain cooler designs can actually make your laptop run hotter. It just depends on what laptop/cooler combination you use. I can tell you that this cooler decreased my CPU temps by 4 degrees and my GPU temps by 6 degrees at max load. I did do a modification to the bottom panel to allow for more air to push up into the chassis.

    One more thing. I don't know if fan noise bothers you but in total quietness, you will not hear this massive fan running.
