Hey all,
I have an hp dv9500t 17" laptop. Although I am using a North Face Surge backpack to lug it around, I am also interested in a sleeve...
Does anyone have this laptop or a comparable 17" laptop and uses a sleeve? I was looking at an inCase 17" sleeve from the Apple Store for around 35 bucks but I'm unsure if it will fit the hp Case...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking at this one right now... Just a simple neoprene sleeve...

Apparently this one fits the hp 17" series... -
Anyone...?

You bring up a Neoprene example; so you want a soft sleeve? for slipping your laptop in easier? Not a hard sleeve that protects with its bulkyness.

:O What are the chances of me owning the same backpack as you and realizing that my next laptop (17'' also) won't fit in the notebook compartment?
I think a neoprene case is the best solution. -
Yeah, I have to put the laptop in the compartment that isn't necessarily meant for the laptop, and put all my books in the laptop compartment...
I still love the North Face Surge though. Great backpack...
So yes, I'm looking for a neoprene soft sleeve... -
Anyone...?

This is supposedly the best 17'' sleeve. It's the same sleeve as the one you posted from the Dell site.

I'm buying this one since it's made by Microsoft and it will comfortably fit the new Gateway P-7811 FX:
