Going to college and I have an old LCD Monitor and I am just wondering can I use it as a tv rather going buying a new one. I just don't know if u need a tuner or something to change channels and stuff and hook up game systems.

I'd like to know about this, too. Kill two birds with one stone and all. ;)

    Well, it depends.

Yes, if you are looking for Cable TV, you probably should have a tuner. But, more importantly, is if your using a laptop that you make sure your laptop has VGA out. I'm pretty sure all do, although there may be some that don't. Second, would to check to make sure your LCD monitor has VGA input. Almost all do so again you should be fine. The next thing I reccomend would be having Media Center or Nero's Media Center application. That's the best way.
