Ive been looking around lately at wireless headphones but since i was never really much of an audiophile i thought id ask here.
I really like the shape of my gamecom 367 headset (smaller ones hurt my ears) and they sound pretty decent to me.
Im basically looking for something similar or better but wireless. I also want a long battery life (not just xx hours like most have) if thats possible and prefer just swapping alkaline or nimh batteries over any charging cables or stations. Also if theres any that have just a small usb transmitter like the logitechs unifying usb instead of a mess of cables and some large station/antenna id also prefer that.
Also looking for wireless earbuds if there are any good ones.

what are the main purpose of these headphones going to be?
i'm actually looking at purchasing a wireless headset myself, and the Sony PS3 7.1 set looks very promising. it has a small USB dongle, retractable mic, and independent voice/game volume controls. these will be strictly for PS3 gaming though.

from the reviews, it looks like they're PC compatible as well. -
They do look nice and have the small usb receiver instead of a huge base station or antenna, but im looking for something without an integrated battery that needs a cable to recharge, id prefer to use normal alkaline or rechargable batteries which you can easily replace when they run out.
Also a 10 hour battery life is much too short for me. The particular review of these headphones mentions there are wireless headphones with 7 days battery life but i couldnt manage to find any like that. -
10 hours is much too short ? thats already a lot for a wireless headset...
i'm using a logitech g930, it's great. it can run for approx 9 hours.
it has a mini usb cable to recharge but its very long and it's plugged directly on the headset, so you dont need a docking station like some sennheiser headsets (which prevents you from using it while it reloads... meh !) -
I have the G930 as well. What I like most about it is the range is pretty long. I use it practically everyday and often downstairs while doing work...Can catch up on podcasts/news or just music, etc...I can even go in my garage and it still works.
I hear they are not audiophile quality, but works ok for me.
