I have the previous model similar to the AE2's. They are AMAZING, and even if bose doesnt designate them as noise cancelling they do a very good job at that. Comfortable and tasteful base.

Well, a big thanks to Hirohata for coming out and letting me try his heaphones, I really got a great experience of what the A700's feel like and sound like and as well as what I'm looking for. Although the A700 have a nice natural sound they arent as tight and sealed as I was hoping. The bass is great but I'm looking for something with more thump to it so the A700 are out of the question for me right now, hopefully Ill try to see if I can try the DT770 or Beats Studio to get a feel on both of them. Only thing holding my back from the Beats is becuase I dont think they are going to have that sound isolation and lower sound leakage that I'm looking for. One thing I noticed in the A700 is that there was a good amount of sound leaking out that also lead me to the decision to leave the A700 on my top wanted list for now. Hopefully Ill find someone as nice as Hirohata to meet up with me just to let me try their headphones :)

Look around for DJ stores or attend a head-fi meet.

Well, being new to the community its kind of hard, I've tried looking around but they're arent any that have the DT770 in stores, maybe I live in the wrong part of London or dont know where to look specifically. Hopefully Ill see if I can find a head-fi meet anywhere in London, that would really help.

It was nice to meet you too Ray. Oh yeah. If you want to try out the Beats, they're you can do so in HMV or Selfridges.

Selfridges? never heard of it. I went to my local HMV but someone screwed the headphones and I think they recently took them off the shelf, Ill ask them the next time I visit if I can try them
