I was wondering what the best notebook cooler for the Sager NP9170 was. I checked the buyer's guide stickied at the top of the forum, but all of the coolers only support 15.4" screens while my laptop is 17.3". I'm probably working on a $50-$70 budget.

Also, the power brick that came with the laptop is huge. I'm fine using it at home, but I'd like to buy a spare that is smaller for travel. What's the minimum amount of wattage needed to run my sager with the AMD 7970m and an i7 3610qm?

Thank you for any help :)

Well sorry no one has answered you about this. The laptop has great cooling as it is so really anything would work. Just so long as it kept the laptop off of your legs. As far as power adapters goes I think you are severely limited due to the plug design. I have the NP9170 C style chassis and it has a very distinct plug. While it outputs positive and negative just like any other power brick that plug makes it a bit of a bear to use. Not to mention the fact that it sticks straight out the back of the laptop. I think it desperately needed a 90 degree power adapter.
