Been looking for a new gaming mouse to play WoW or other MMOs in general.

    Shower me with your opinions.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'm partial to Razer's stuff, which would be the Naga in your case.

I'd rather G602 with the AM010 sensor instead of the trash razer PTE

MMOs mice? Just get the one most comfortable. Sensor be damned.
I personally like the Naga Hex cause my thumb aint gonna use 12 buttons with modifiers. The back row on all 12 button MMO mice is pretty hard to reach. Unless you have tiny hands in which has the front 3 buttons are hard to reach.

I use Logitech g300s in my gaming pc and also own two older g300. They have plenty of buttons for my use.

It is a matter of taste, I dont like those bigger mice that almost need two hands to use :p

I'm using SteelSeries Rival Black for WoW. It has 2 additional buttons (not much) but is enough to keep utility or interrupts on it. :D
It's very comfortable and has great software.

I'd suggest looking at Mionix Avior 7000 if you can handle the right side 2 buttons with it's heavy intruding design or the Naos 7000 If you have large hands, Also have a look at the Mionix Castor all use the optical best in class 3310 sensor plus the Castor has this nice subtle pinky grip and the rubberized side grip. I'd go with Castor because it fits like a glove but I'd add the software is janky.

I currently own the Naga, though find only for first 4 buttons useful, since I use ALT, CTL, SHIFT modifiers to switch action bars.

I'm hoping to get something with fewer buttons that I can actually use, that are easier the press without contorting any fingers to press them.
Good suggestions so far, definitely going to have to explore some reviews on these products!

Logitech G600, I used the 2012Naga before the G600 and the difference is huge between both. Dunno about the new Naga though.
