Yes, way too many LOL! ;) :) I think they want to make it hard for us..all the manufacturers and such! :p  :D

I always go to ebags.com, and other individual sites when looking for something new..besides the *Google* is your friend! ;) :)

And, end up not just liking only one....oh the troubles they put us through! :D

And, of course...can't forget *here* meaning NBR! ;) :)

    Have you checked ebags?

    ;) :) Cin!

Wow, my Synergy got here today and it is really nice. It has tons of room and feels extremely solid. The laptop area has just enough room for my T400 inside of a Belkin laptop sleeve. I'm just going to leave the sleeve in the backpack so the laptop has double protection.

This really is an awesome backpack though. It has compartments all over the place and just feels like a nice backpack. Nothing feels cheap about it and it seems like it will do a great job at protecting a laptop.

Hi, owkia! I feel the same way about mine. Grteat storage, not too bulky, looks good, light and easy on my back...great backpack for sure.

    I love my Synergy, too!

Go get 'em, Cin. They really should do something for you for the inconvenience, like refund your shipping charge, or give you a percentage off on a future purchase. :)

I'm a tough, but reasonable, customer. I'm patient, but when they mess up big time and it conveniences me, I let them know that I dissatisfied.

It seems that Buy.com needs to be more careful where they send things. :)

I just purchased something recently from a large seller on Ebay (V-Moda Vibe Duo Headphones for my iPhone), and in the box, they had thrown in a brand new pair of children's sneakers. I called them up and they told me that they had been trying to track down where the sneakers had gone to because the person kept calling them.

I shipped them back to them (at their expense, of course), but I would have been really pissed if I were the person who needed those sneakers! As it was, I did not open the package for about 1.5 weeks after I received it as I was travelling.

    Hey B,

Yeah, I stopped home last night really quickly and it wasn't there :( (I'm at a friends house right now)...and, I didn't have time to call.

So, the phone call is being made today. I, like you am pretty patient unless someone or something really gets on a *live nerve* ever have those??

Now, I feel I have been patient enough!!! As, I paid for the product, and they sent it to the wrong addy & over a week later I'm still waiting. :(

So my feisty, direct side comes out today! I'll let you know of my results!

What?? You didn't want those childrens sneakers?? LOL...Well, at least you got it all taken care of!!! I just want my Synergy and some closure on this! ;) :)

    Thx!

    Cin ;) :)

Sorry that it's taking you so long. I have always had good success with buy.com. Everything that I have ordered has come next day even with the free shipping. I live about 30 mins from their shippng center- :)

I know...I have ordered several things from buy.com...this time I'm unsure what happened...(or at least they won't tell me ~ first one mis-delivered)

Lucky you, on living so close to their shipping center! Too bad, you just can't drive there, and pick it up, eh??? :D

I just called and they are crediting my CC, and sending me a new one at no cost...and free shipping. ;)

So, you really can make good things happen out of unfortunate situations..it's just in how you deal with the person/parties involved ;) :)

    Well thanks! ;) :D

I just told them how I honestly felt about what happened, w/out raising my voice..but being firm..and how dissapointed I was with the situation and being made to wait this long ~ due to their error. ;)

I think the words *what can you do to make me a happy, customer once again* works..it's in the way you vocalize it ;) :)

I wasnt asking for any extas per se, but what was due to me ~ and what I paid for..my backpack ;) :)
