Best large only black colored laptop backpack for school?

I have a backpack. It holds my 14 inch hp envy well. Might be able to fit a 15 inch. The zippers are starting to break (eg when you pull the zipper it just glides across without zipping). One of em works still. Thinking about getting a replacement.

Best large only black colored laptop backpack for school? That has alot of space, is sturdy and light for its size?

I want it to look conservative, no patterns or designs just black. I know it is a backapck but I don't want it to look terrible when I'm wearing a button shirt either.

If you want huge laptop backpacks, look at those bigger Everki backpacks. Man those things are gigantic :p But their interior is orange so idk if that's a problem for you.

There's also those Mission Workshop backpacks, some of them have rolltops that expand to almost twice their volume.

Just because you said "best", I'm suggesting a Slappa Mask backpack - I have one and it is awesome. I had an Everki and it was ok. I saw a guy at a LAN a few years back with a Slappa backpack and after hearing him rave about it I made the leap. I now have 5-6 different Slappa products and they rock.

What is good about slapp backpacks? Durable, spacious?

I also wonder I am 5'7 and I wonder if these large backpacks are too large for me and would bump my because they are too tall.

What would you measure to determine how good the size is? I could try measuring height of my spine and current backpack though I'm not sure.

Hi kneehow - the quality of their products seems to be much better than what I have seen in most stores - at least at the price points. Very well made and very well padded. The bag and backpack I have are large, but that is because my laptop is large. I'm only 5'9" and don't feel these are too big for my frame (I have the Jedi Mask backpack). I do also like that I can change the look of my shoulder bag and my backpack anytime - they have a cool system where you can zip on new outer parts. I hope this helps
