I'm looking for a wireless (non-bluetooth) mouse with 2/3 buttons and scrollwheel. It would also be nice if it had a horizontal scroller.
Whats mouse would you recommend?

logitech MX revulution

I'd suggest the Logitech VX Nano. Also, you should go to Bestbuy, CircuitCity, etc and play around with several mice to determine which "feels right" to your palm.

I'd be wary of the VX Nano. Some people have reported that the Nano USB Receiver gets stuck in the slot to the point where they break the slot trying to remove it.
The VX Revolution is pretty good although some people complain about the scroll wheel. -

Bought it yesterday and absolutely love it. Only takes 1 AA battery and the life of it is amazing, very comfortable as well. -
I use the Logitech V220 and think its great, low cost and have never had a problem with it. use it everyday and have never had to replace battery.
id give it a 5/5
purchased from dells website for 24.00 -
The logitech nano is great. Smallest receiver ever. I sorta thought it was going to be too small for my big hands, but it's fine.
-
I recommend the Revolution as well, although you should go to a store and see what feels best in your hand.
-
I would recommend the Razer Diamondback 3G if there was a wireless version. But as there is no wireless version of that mouse as far as I know, I would recommend any product made by Logitech.

I still say the mogo mouse is the best i have ever seen for laptops, but it is bluetooth and you don't want that. If no bluetooth then i agree with x360. that is a great mouse.

Logitech V220=Best Mouse I've ever had.

Well I really like the look of the MX Rev. but its a tad pricy, so I'm torn between the VX Rev and VX Nano.
I'm going to browse some in-store tomorow.
Thanks for your help -
I just received my VX revolution today, and it is - by far - the best mouse I have ever used. And I'm left handed! (but I use mice in my right)

Can you take a picture of dongle/receiver, because I don't want it to be too long when plugged into my laptop?
-
I don't have my laptop yet. But I was able to try the mouse on my desktop. The receiver is about the size of two pennies next to each other, very small. Not too much bigger than the VX Nano's receiver.
-
Some people find it a bit small though: test it at the store if they have one out. The weird proportions of the box don't allow you to hold it in your hand naturally on an unopened item on the shelf. It has a horizontal scrollwheel and a cool near-frictionless setting for the vertical mousewheel. -
+1 for the Nano.

ify ou're gmaing, wireless = lag and less control. In fact many of the expensive mice suck for low res (fps gaming). Google around for objective benchmarks that measure perfect control up to what speeds.
-
I am a VX Revolution owner and it is the best mouse I have ever had. I even use it on my desktop sometimes for gaming.

I've decided on the VX Rev. the Nano is too small for my liking and the MX too expensive.

MX Rev for desktop work, G5 for Gaming and VX Nano for laptop.
-
logitech MX revulution is cool, but ignor the wheel after a while.
-
I have both the Razer Diamondback and Diamondback 3G, both are excellent especially since i got both on Woot for 25 and 30 dollars including shipping/tax, respectively.

The Fire Snake Notebook Virtuoso
+1 for Vx revolution. I have been using it for a month and it is great.
Best mouse in your opinion?
