Im considering a couple options at the moment.

I currently own the Rocket Fish Gaming Mouse Pad.
This mouse pad has an aluminum surface and 2 distinct sides.
1 surface for speed (a more slippery surface) and a slightly more rugged surface (the control side).

Money spent: 30$ (no tax included)
    My satisfaction: thumbs up

    Price and information: Bestbuy.ca (lol)

I am thinking of buying the Steeleries QcK+, a mousepad that offers professional gamer gear quality. Literally everyone uses it in Counter Strike competitive gaming. No joke. This mousepad has a cloth surface and is very flexible. You can roll it up and put it in your bag and is less space consuming than the aluminum Rocket Fish. It has only 1 side , which is the main side. The other side is a rubbery textured material with non-slip "technology" so that the pad stays in place.

Money offered: 15$ USD (no tax included)
My expectations: The best mouse pad in the world.

I clean my kitchen table (purchased at Moor Furniture for $400).

Mousepad surfaces are nice and all that, but for me nothing compares to having 1600 square inches of smooth polished wood to glide on. I prefer hard and smooth surfaces for my mouse, and no mouse pad has been able to offer me that in more than 200 square inches.

Now don't go thinking every wood surface is equal when it comes to gaming, some offer superior performance when it comes to tracking and mouse gliding characteristics. I just got lucky and my kitchen table offers both of those in abundance

I use the QCK+ w/ my lappy. A really nice pad. I also have a QCK Mini that I take with me when I travel.

I also use a Steelseries SX pad with my desktop & a Logitech G7 (soon to be replaced with a Steelseries Ikari :) ). Smooooooooooth.

Deathadder should be okay too although I don't have one (they tend to be dangerous around cats ;) ).

I heard that Razer mouses work badly on most of SteelSeries's mousepads. I was actually going to make the same thread since my Dell mousepad is starting to wear out and is becoming annoying. The Razer Destructor looks like a really nice mousepad. Razer spent three years designing it, and it's optimized especially for Razer mouses. I'm trying to decide between a SteelSeries mousepad or a Razer Destructor, but I think I'm going to get the Desturctor since it's optimized for Razer mouses.

Ratpadz are excellent. Go for the XT, it'll last you much longer. They also have free shipping and come up $5 cheaper when added to the cart. These have become known for being super, super slick if you wipe them down with a little Pledge. I have to actually be careful about pulling my keyboard try out too fast so my mouse doesn't fall on the ground...which has happened multiple times.

These are 100% made in the USA by the guy that runs HardOCP.com. It's perfect for anyone that doesn't need an oversided surface.

Steelseries makes excellent mice and pads. I wish I had one of both.

I have a Razer goliathus, its a cloth pad, and most probably very similar if not identical to the QCK mats. Works perfectly with my Deathadder, cost me around $12

I have a question: I do have a razer exact mat that is getting old so I´ll replace it.
I am divided between buying a new exact mat or the destructor mat.
    Any opinions?
Is the destructor much larger? Is it almost a 17´´!?
I was going for the destructor, but if it much bigger that the exact mat...

PS: I have a Razer mouse...
