I'm looking to buy a laptop cooler which can keep my Alienware M14x at moderate temperatures during games and other intense CPU usage. It should preferably be a good fit for a 14 inch notebook, durable, and reliable.

An ideal price would be anywhere from 20 to 40 dollars.

Currently i'm considering ordering a Cooler Master Notepal U2 (with the movable fans) but i hear from some reviewers that the fans dont last very long :/

    Any suggestions?

The U2 would be a good choice for you.
If the fans will fail on you just replace them, it's fairly easy ;)

I bought two Notepal U2's because I wanted the two extra clip fans to add to the first I ordered, can not beat the price. Can not speak to life of the fans as I have only had mine a short time but four fans on my Notepal U2 are quiet.

Using U2 too. Great cooling pad. One of the fan started making noises after a few months. I cut the bugger off. Still good with one fan now.

NZXT cryo. Mod it to work off molex and an adapted PSU or plug it into a desktop. Either way metal chassis and 3 120MM fans blowing at 100% = awesome.
