Anything on Newegg/Amazon I could buy to buy maintain/clean my screen, that's under $10?

Best thing to use to clean your screen is a microfiber cloth and your "warm breath", and then wipe gently in circular motion.
You can get microfiber cloths usually for free from a Eye Doctor's office, or inexpensive at places like Target, Walmart, etc. -
box of antistatic/ESD cleaning wipes you can find at Wal-Mart or any big box warehouse.

I agree with Cin'... I don't use any chemical products on my laptop screens. Only a microfiber cloth. My current laptop has a matte screen though, and I'm especially careful with it, as opposed to a unit with a glossy/glass-covered screen.

there is a panasonic LCD/Plasma cleaner on amazong. Had great reviews. I bought it but haven't had the time to try it yet. It was a green bottle with rag. Buy it and give it a shot

Go to an optician place and pick up a microfiber cloth. Some places are nice and will just give it to you for free.

just used microfiber and warm breath on my ancient macbook (cant wait for new laptop) and did a very good job of clearing things up. will continue in this route

damp lintfree cloth to clear all the muck then followed by microfibre.
paintbrush to clear all those nits from bezels -
1. Turn off monitor/laptop.
2. Put the screen face up (the back of the laptop or monitor to a flat hard surface)
3. Mix isopropyl alcohol with distilled water (typically 1:1 ratio so it's <50%, not tap water due to mineral impurities) -> basically the same solution as most cleaners but much cheaper
4. Dampen one microfiber cloth with solution and wipe down screen (I prefer not to put it directly on screen, since it can seep through at the corners)
5. Dry screen with second dry microfiber cloth (do not use napkins, paper towels or kleenex since they may contain wood chips, which can scratch the screen or leave flakes) -
Microfiber cloths are best. Just be careful about cleaning matte screens in terms of chemicals used and force applied. I am like super-gentle when cleaning my matte desktop monitor (but I tend to "baby" my tech a lot).
Glossy is much easier.
