Question as title. I'm preparing to throw in the towel in a big way, have purchased a bunch of Windows 7 licenses and an preparing to convert a large number of my Macs for Boot Camp operation - as well as prepping to get rid of a lot of my Windows-only gear. Unfortunately I can no longer justify affording parallel purchases for Macs and everything else.

One thing I'm deeply unhappy with is the keyboard arrangement - it's not the Ctrl + Alt arrangement, but it's other things - the volume controls, eject, etc - little things that could get annoying down the line if I don't have it. Plus, while the crappy-feeling Apple keyboard is fine for occasional use it's not something I'd love to spend my whole time on. I could have two keyboards but I was wondering if there was a way to accomplish what the Apple keyboard's top row does with a third-party keyboard with both Windows and OS X drivers (since the UK layout on Windows keyboardsis different from Apple's).

    Thanks

Logitech Dinovo, can be bought in both PC and Mac flavours. From what I have read about it, seems to be an excellent, well constructed wireless keyboard. A little expensive though, but you get what you pay for I guess. I'll be looking at picking one up soonish. Hope that helped!

There's actually two parts to the question: A better Mac keyboard alone is not hard to find. The key (ahaha) of this thread is Boot Camp.

i.e. the alternative keyboard will have to have it's own Windows drivers, or impersonate the Apple. Does the Dinovo for Mac do that?
