I'm looking to buy a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for my new notebook. I'm looking for a gaming bluetooth mouse that has 5+ buttons, can anyone recommend a good one? Also, please note that my notebook already has built-in bluetooth so I'm assuming I will not need to purchase any extra parts or cards.

Finally, just wanted to clear something up...are wireless and bluetooth mouse/keyboard are the same thing? Like if I buy a wireless mouse will it work with my built-in bluetooth, or will I actually have to buy a bluetooth specific product? Will I be able to use them simultaneuously?

No...you will have to use a BT specific piece for it to work with BT. It is a different enough of a technology that it will not work with other wireless devices.
