I'm at BestBuy right now, looking to buy a BlueTooth mouse for my BT enabled IBM T43. I want one that doesnt require me to plug in a USB fob, and the salesman here is telling me if BT is enabled on my machine I wont need to use the included fob that comes with any of their bluetooth mice, is this true?
Or am I gonna drop $100 on a mouse to find out I'm still gonna need to use the Bluetooth adapter on my otherwise bluetooth enabled laptop?

You almost deffinetly will nedd the dongle. I almost positive that you would know if you had BT on you laptop you would have paid extra for it and also I don't think that you can get BT on your laptop.

Most mice will work with most internal Bluetooth cards, but not all functions on all mice will work. Sorry, but the tech isn't quite perfect yet.
