    Hi, I need suggestions...

I've got a new Laptop that I love and the only problem I'm having with it is with my bluetooth mouse. Here's the situation:

With my laptop, I purchased HP's Bluetooth Laser Mouse. See Here: HP Bluetooth Laser Mouse

By the directions, it seems easy enough to connect and it works very well when it is connected. That's the problem though. I've got the software installed and all the drivers installed and my wireless switch is turned on but it doesn't want to connect. I can't find any support on the product from HP and the CD help that it came with is lacking. This problem seems to happen after I shut the computer down and turn the mouse off. When I fire the computer back up and turn the mouse back on, no luck. It takes lots of hassling and fidgeting to get it to connect and I'm not sure what it is I'm doing that does the trick...

    Any suggestions?

I have. It's working at the moment, but it almost seems as though I have to reinstall the mouse everytime to get it to pair correctly.

I'm in the same boat as you, I have a Logitech V470 Bluetooth mouse and whenever I restart or wake my computer up from sleep I have to reconnect it by finding it and pairing it together. I made a post here quite a while ago but got no responses :(
