Bluetooth pen that turns monitor into faux touch monitor

I remember seeing an article about a bluetooth stylus that you could use on any monitor and the software would somehow make the non touch monitor respond to the touch of the pen against the screen.

Has anyone heard of this? I can't seem to find the article or name of the product.

It could be interesting if I could somehow pinch to zoom or pan with the pen just like I can use smooth touch zoom and pan gestures on chrome on my thinkpad yoga
