I'm looking for a decent bluetooth remote, or someway to use my iTouch as a remote (note: remote, for presentation. remote desktop apps are not suitable, as they're near impossible to use without looking at the ipod). Mappable keys would be a plus (in case I need to run a demo during a presentation).

The Wiimote can do it all :p but its not a plug & play solution.

but by no means is it hard to do and it can do anything you want since you can map any button or function to do anything imaginable.

Is there a reason you want a bluetooth one over a simple RF one with a dongle? Those would be cheaper and even more simple to use (no pairing)

I don't want to carry around extra hardware. How can I use the Wiimote? I'd love to try it, but if there're other more professional looking remotes I wouldn't mind :D

Yeah its not exactly professional :p but I use it anyways because people know me and know I do strange exotic tech stuff like use a wiimote as a remote to control my PC.

Search for a couple of my threads like how to use your wiimote on your pc. I have step by step directions.
