After reading Amazon UK reviews i found OE have better bass but reviewers say it's build quality is bit questionable. However they said it's sound quality is good.

According to only single review OE2 bass response is too low, but overall sound quality as well as the build quality is good.

So my question is which is the best choice? I like bit extra bass but not sure about which is good.

OE2 is the updated version, better get it than the older one. Mostly, BOSE is trying to fix the issue(s) from the previous version.
Just a tip, don't be dismayed by few negative comment on a product.

Thanx. I brought OE version. Amazon gave me better deal.
I manage to try OE2 @ BOSE store and it's sound quality is clear but for me it lacks bass output .

I don't like Dr.Dre Beats headsets due to too much bass but need something above average.

The OE's are going to disappoint in that case. If they fit you properly and you get a decent seal, they sound like a wall of wet farts. A limp, massive bass will be pretty much all you hear.

    I haven't tried the OE2 - perhaps they've got it right, I couldn't say.

They did overdo the changes on the Around-Ear a bit IMO - the AE was no great shakes soundwise but it was a 'comfortable' sound, and I liked them overall. The AE2 balanced out the bass but took the other end a little too much towards 'cutting glass treble', though technically they're fairly decent now and I still quite like these. If they worked the same changes on the OE2 - i.e. made the treble more prominent while cutting back on the bass, they could actually be fun phones... but that's pure speculation. I have no plans to check out the OE2's.

But getting back to the OE's, apart from the Beats Solos / HD's (which go beyond the OE's in that it's not so much like listening through a wall of farts, rather pure excrement) I have not heard a worse pair of phones in the last ~4 years.

Cool! The good thing is that you bought the cans that you like. No regrets, have fun :)
Oh yeah I don't like Beats too. I tried those Beats in the mall and I don't like the sound and it's too many people wearing Beats outside that you even don't know if they're legit or not.
