Hi,
I've been exhaustively searching reviews, but still can't find the answers to a couple of questions regarding a carrying case for my 15.4" widescreen T61 laptop.
My friend has a Brenthaven metrolite case for his MacBook pro - and I love the protection it has - but it's a hair too tight for my Thinkpad. Can anyone suggest a specific Brenthaven model that isn't too tight? I've been suggested the Slim line by the people at Brenthaven because they're a more universal model, but the internal dimensions state that they're the same as the Metrolite.
I've otherwise been considering the Timbuk2 blogger 2007 model, but can't find decent reviews about how solid the laptop cushioning/protection is on that bag. Does the cushioning even compare with the Brenthaven??
Lots of travel in the mist, and I'd like to have a solid, yet somewhat slim bag, so any other suggestions are warmly appreciated.
cheers!

I looked at Brenthaven cases when I got my 15.4" widescreen T60 mainly because of what I heard about their foam protection compared to other brands of laptop cases...but I got an all-black Targus 15.4" Ultra-Lite Corporate Traveler instead because of the Targus' SafePort air cushion support setup. It's a way nicer form of protection IMHO.
Also, I figured since I'm sporting quite possibly the most conservatively styled laptop there is (i.e. a ThinkPad), I might as well get a case to match.
Brenthaven or Timbuk2 for T61 laptop
