My NEW vx revolution's wheel is broke....it cant use the middle mouse click, and it cant scroll right or left anymore  ....Since i just bought it about 2 weeks ago it is still within warranty claim period...but i bought it from a google retailer called palace toys...how can i claim the warranty?

Otherwise....does anyone know how to open up a vx revolution or have pics of an open one?

My guess would be to try and get a hold of the retailer and ask about their return policy. You might have to pay S&H to send it to them, but its better than having a new broken VX or having to go and pay for a new one.

If the retailer isn't helpful, you should contact Logitech. They may be able to help you.

Yeah Logitech is awesome. My G7 died so they gave me a choice of a MX Revolution or a G9...free of charge. One week later, I find a G9 in my mailbox. :D

I second (or however many it is now) that you contact Logitech. Their support is pretty good, and if their product was faulty, its their responsibility to replace it, not the reseller (unless it was sold to you faulty).
