    1. 1600x1200 or better resolution, widescreen is fine
    2. 8-12ms response time, im a gamer :p
    3. 100-400 dollar price range, hopefully seomwhere between 200-300 but just throw me the links :)
    4. 19-20+ in?

    Thanks!

Dell might be your best option given your requirements - the 20" is going for $415 - you might be able to find some coupons to knock that down a little or wait for it to go on sale.

older 20" Dell widescreen LCDs are really nice. My friend has one. I've heard some incoherent complaints about the newer ones, so you might want to do some extra research.

I've used 3 of the 2007FPW monitors and can say that they are great. I'd definitely look at them, as they are definitely priced nicely.

The Dell 2007FPW is a nice monitor, but I've seen several reports complaining of banding on this monitor while using the DVI input.

I can also suggest the Viewsonic VX2025WM or the BenQ FP202W as alternatives. Both are 20.1" WSXGA+ (1680x1050) and are rated at 8ms. Unlike the Dell however, they do not offer the extra inputs (component and HDCP) and are not height adjustable.

I personally consider the VX2025WM in particular to be a bargain... there's a nice review for it over at Tom's Hardware.
