Do Nylon CD sleeves (generally in CD cases, duh.) tend to scratch discs? I'm in the market for a PS3 case, and CD case, but i can't find any cases that don't have this. I'm guessing they are reliable? Has anyone had problems with them?

I know they tend to stretch if you put your whole hand in there, but that can obviously be avoided. Smudges and Scratches are major concerns.... They tend to use this material alot, so is there something special about this material?

Well, I used to use a CD case some time ago and have since gone digital... (MP3s for my music)
I don't think the actual case scratches the disc (more usage in my case - CD player... bumpy travel...) -
Hmm... I see... I have a CD case, but its rather large, and i'm looking into a new one to possibly put into a PS3 case if i can't find one that will hold the boxes for the discs. Or perhaps i'll have to settle for a G-Pak. Does anyone have one of those?

Yeah, I've had good and bad experiences with similar cases. Right away I wasn't paying very close attention to how I used it and got some scratches. Once you realize how careful you need to be it's not a problem.

The CD case shouldn't scratch them, but if theres any dirt in it then it probably will. PS3 games are pretty resilient though.

Thanks

I never had any problems with scratches. However, the foremost sleeves started to loosen up after a while. Then the CDs start flying out when making a turn. As I recall I got at least a year from it before the problem occurred.
