Hi everyone. I'm planning on making a cooler powered by USB. I've all ready practiced connecting fans to USB on an older fan, and it works. I just wanted to use a new fan, something like this:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103062

Can anyone please tell me if there will be any drawbacks in powering this fan with only 5v?
Other than pushing air slowly, will still be effective?

    Thanks!

(I want to make a detailed DIY cooling pad for the forum, as I see there aren't too many here)
