I am looking at this device: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815116034. It is designed to input video from a source. Can the RCA cable with it output video to a TV?

If not, is there such a device? I basically just want the most compact way to output video from my laptop to older TVs with RCA inputs (since my laptop only has displayport and vga).

    Thanks, Brent
