The battery of my Thinkpad T61 runs out, and I need a new one. Can somebody give me some advice? I asked about the price of original battery, and it's too expensive I think. I found this replacement Thinkpad T61 battery on the linked website, but I don't know if it is worth.

Be advised, usually with non OEM batteries they won't be able to hold their charge as long. Sure it may last just as long as OEM, but after six months the performance of the cheaper batteries starts to decline in a hurry.

Personally I would spend the money for the OEM or you'll be buying another cheaper battery sooner down the road and end up paying for at the end.
