I'm looking for a wireless mouse for notebook use and due to my poor financial condition I'm looking for a cheap one. The budget is 30~50USD. I can go somewhat higher if it's really worth it, but at the moment I'm not very comfortable paying more than 50USD for a mouse.
I'll be doing mouse painting, modeling and some gaming. There's no need for anything fancy performance wise, just a mouse with reliable and consistent tracking behavior with no zigzagging or waving like this. I'm more of a high sensitivity guy in gaming and the screen is FHD so I do need some sensitivity, but anything above native 1600 DPI should do if it's stable. Obviously, interpolation is something I'd keep far away from. I can use 125Hz polling but would prefer 250Hz if possible. Can't really feel much difference with anything higher and there's no need for crazy numbers. I'm not expecting the wireless to have exactly the same latency as a wired but it should be manageable.
What bothers me is most wireless mouses in this price range appear to focus on desktop GUI navigation (or "work mouse" as some people call it) so there's a lot of filtering and "enhancements" going on and I happen to be one of those who are really sensitive to the effects. I need a mouse with no hardware acceleration (positive or negative), no smoothing and no prediction/angle-snapping, just raw movement. The filtering annoys me a lot.
I prefer a large mouse if possible, but anything not considered small should be fine. Number of extra buttons or shiny lights don't matter. (Onboard DPI adjust button is important though.)
I don't care about battery life and am fine with having to charge the mouse frequently, especially if it can be recharged via a USB cable.

For $30 - $50, you are looking at two options:
1) You value high accuracy and tracking above all else. If this is the case, get a wired mouse like a Logitech G400 for about $40, and use it on a mouse pad (not a bare desk surface).
2) You value wireless above all else. If this is the case, get a Logitech M705 Marathon Mouse. For multiple reasons, the Logitech M705 is the only wireless mouse I'd recommend for people, regardless of price.
Can somebody recommand me a cheap wireless mouse that actually works?
