I've been searching for a decent remote control for my laptop, and I can't seem to find one I like. In fact, I've only found two that are Bluetooth (a must). One is the Dell remote, which sticks out of the laptop a tiny bit when it's in the slot and has a corner missing off it ( Uhhhh... -WHY?), and the other I found doesn't have a rechargeable Li-Ion in it (also a must). Instead, it requires a CR2025 cell- something I could live with considering the limited selection of these things if it were not for the fact that the few reviews I found on the thing were mediocre at best.

I've looked on Ebay for "remote" and for "presenter", but the selection is terribly limited, and most of them are RF or IR and require a dongle. (Uhh... No thanks.)

Does anyone have a really kewl Bluetooth remote that recharges in their PCMCIA slot?

I've only seen ones for ExpressCard slots, not PCMCIA.

    " Express card"?! WTH?

    :D

My Inspiron 9200 came with a PCMCIA slot, but it does have an HDMI hook up.
Go figure. Some of the old, some of the new.
