Preferably one of those small, key-chain style. I can't seem to find an inexpensive source.

Also, do all of them simply have LED lights for signal strength, or are there units which also indicate if it's a secured (password protected) connection, or an open one? Looking for something to make life easier travelling the streets this spring and summer, without having to take out and boot the notebook just to find a connection.

    Thanks. :)
