    is this model of case fan Y720DCD-25T1-GP an intake fan, an exhaust fan, or can I turn it around so that it can be either?

    It is reversible an works as both an intake and exhaust fan.

    Yep exactly. To the OP, any fan that has holes (for screws) on both sides can be used for either purpose.

    See how this ones has eight holes, 4 on each side? (this is an image of the fan you asked about)
