I'm looking at getting a new Asus G1S.

I fly freight for a living (old beater props, lots and lots of vibration), and the laptop will be spending a lot of time in the plane.

What case is best for absorbing constant vibration?

    Thanks!

Pelican cases are the absolute BEST and also (unfortunately) the most expensive. But if you want to protect something from everything short of nuclear war, they're hard to beat.

I have a 1550 for my cameras. My laptop is an Acer 3100 and isn't worth a Pelican, but that Asus would be. Amazon carries most of the line.

    Did you get a pelican?

lol I just looked at a pelican in fry's yesterday- you cannot describe how hard core these things are.

Really wish I had a reason to buy one.
