I needed to add a second audio out to 4740s, in order to use headphones for monitor output alongside a sound system for master output in DJ software without switching to mono. Obvious decision was to purchase some pro or semi-pro sound card, however there weren't any reasonably priced used ones for sale at the moment in my town and I had no intention to spend a fortune, thus bought a tiny USB sound card for $1.39 at eBay instead. My main concern was that it should have a wire instead of being a dongle causing stress on USB port - and that it works without any problems, of course.

The sound card arrived today. I didn't expect much of sound quality given the price, but it's absolutely OK, can't say anything particularly bad about it. Build quality is OK as well. After setting up ASIO, it works as intended for headphones output, coupled with internal sound card for master output. Main disadvantage of the item is annoying red light, which stays on when the card is plugged, and blinks when used. I purchased it here.

$1.16 now with free shipping? How is that even possible that they make any money? Thanks for the feedback though.

How could they make any money even if the device comes for free? Shipping would be more than $1.16.

Maybe they sell a bunch of small cheap things at cost or slight loss to boost their rating on eBay.

One eBay china seller told me that china post charges by weight, so light items are sent for free but if combined in one shipment total cost would be lot more. Kinda made sense so I did not question it further.
