Cheap, padded Carrying Case with shoulder strap?

Figured I'll probably get the Targus Notepac Messenger Notebook Case from Best Buy for $40. Better suggestions? This is padded, shoulder strap, 3 pockets, decent looking. Anything better at the same price point or less?
