I really like the 'flying wheel' of VX revolution but I don't like the price. And I don't need cordless.
Any suggestions?
I'm not into gaming.

Do you like the MX revolution? If so it goes on sale from time to time for $40 at bestbuy and other local retailers by me, thats not a bad price for any decent mouse.

Here is one that's a desktop sized mouse

Yea, but those don't have the free-spinning scroll wheel. Nice mouse though, I use one as a backup in case my Logitech G5 gives me issues (which it does occasionally).
-
Yeah..well I just saw 2 nice deals on LG (a great brand) so thought why not.
The blue one is cool looking.

Thanks for the suggestions!
Logitech 910 and NX80 seem to be very close to what I want (flying scroll wheel). I would prefer with cord though. If anyone knows, please let me know. -
Does the Logitech MX 400 do this?

As far as I can tell it doesn't have the flying wheel.
This is what Logitech says: Hyper-fast scrolling: Increase productivity. Fly though long documents and Web pages. One spin and youll never go back to an ordinary scroll wheel.
And they're right. -
Now I see!
I have the Hyper Fast Scrolling in my New Logitech 555b (haven't opened it yet). Will hopefully being doing by Friday!
How is this?
Logitech RX1500 (hyperfast)!

If you want the VX revolution then search at walmart before finding an alternative. I went to my local one and they had the VX revolution for $30. This was about a month or so ago but it never hurts to try.

Logitech M500. It's like the MX400 Cin' mentioned above, but with the wheel thing.
By all means go out and try a mouse of similar shape before buying, but personally, I think it is a really nice shape. (Providing you are right handed)

Great! that's what I want.
Also good. I'll look at the dutch prices.
thank everyone!
Cheaper mouse with wheel like VX Revolution, not cordless?
