It's all up there. I'm looking at the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate and the Ultimate Stealth. Also, other than the keys are their any differences?

    -Thanks =D

    Thanks will get that type

Would you recommend the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth or not? Also any differences between the regular Blackwidow Ultimate and the BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth other than the Cherry MX switchs?

MX Brown will probably be better for gaming. MX Blue (which is what I have) is more geared towards general typing, and is also significantly louder than the MX Brown switches.

Depending on personal preference, an MX Red or MX Black keyboard may be more desirable if you do a lot of gaming, for their linear actions.

What keyboards would u recommend under $150? They have to be backlit and look cool. I really like the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013, I was looking at the stealth version because that has MX brown switches instead of blue. What do you think of it? Also are their any other differences between the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate and the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth other than the switches?

I'm not particularly familiar with those products, but from Razer's agitprop it sounds as though the Stealth is quieter. I would attribute that to the use of MX Brown switches.

The other main difference is that the stealth edition doesn't have glossy plastic. There are however sturdier mechanical keyboards for a similar price. The Black Widow while not being particularly flimsy isn't what I'd consider sturdy either, just average.

Red is best for gaming if you must go mechanical as it's twitchable. But there's not a huge difference over brown. All are as get-out clattery anyway. Corsair K70 looks nice IMO, and you get media controls which I personally find invaluable (especially when they're dedicated, unlike Filco Camos, etc).

O-rings are a waste of time IMO, but if you must they're a really good way to turn a bad mech into a great impression of a degraded dome.

I like the new K70. Having said that I have experienced the stuck keys issue of the K90 - it appears to be a USB controller compatibility issue due to the way the NKRO is implemented. But for a mech I still don't mind the K90 (though it could be because I don't use it full-time).
