I don't have a TV right now, so I want to use my laptop's screen as a tv screen. It doesn't have any video in ports though. Are there any good quality composite to usb adapters? I want to use it to play video games on. Is that a good idea, or am I going to run into problems?

I think most TV tuners have some sort of Display/Input lag, so It will be rather hard playing games on it, though there are some made just for gaming; I don't remember what it was called though.
