I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I'm having issues. I can't uninstall the software. It says "You can't uninstall this blahblah" something like that. I have also tried to update the drivers, and that doesn't work either. I have the wireless connector plugged in, I've tried restarting and I have batteries and the wireless mouse is on. I have also tried restarting the mouse. I have an alienware laptop. It was working perfectly fine one day until the mouse just ran out of batteries. I just used the mouse pad for a couple months...then I decided to finally put new batteries in my mouse and it doesn't work. I have no clue why...Idk if it was Windows Updates or whatever. I do not have the slightest clue on what to do...help is appreciated..

Have you tried to uninstall the driver in Device Manager?

If you mean uninstall the mouse..I expand the Mice section and uninstall "Unknown Device" and I uninstall the USB Connector with a yellow exclamation mark right by it. So Idk what else to try..

It's a Logitech VX Nano Cordless Laser Mouse. And Idk, I thought I was just trying to uninstall the mouse and plug in the USB thing again and it'd be okay xD

I'm just trying to figure out what happened so I can help you. The mouse failed to reconnect when you put new batteries in? Did you try unplugging and reconnecting the receiver, or try connecting it to a different port? Did you uninstall the Logitech SetPoint software?

    - try another batteries (maybe the problem is the battery)
    - also check if the power light is on with the batteries inside.

    - if the power light is on, you can try using logitech's ConnectUltility.exe program from inside setpoint folder

    - if light's off, even with other new batteries, probably it's broken

I had an issue like this with my Anywhere MX, turned out to be a bad wireless adapter. Did you try it in another computer? If it doesn't work in another computer I would contact Logitech, they have literally the best customer service ever.

    "Alienware" MX? I don't think so. ;)

You have the computer line mixed with Logitech's mouse line.

    Anywhere Mouse MX?
