    Can I connect my laptop to an external monitor with vga and connect n xbox 360 through its hdmi port? would that work?

    Not exactly sure what you're asking. If you want to:

    1. Connect your laptop and an Xbox 360 to an external monitor, then yes.

    2. Connect your monitor and an Xbox 360 to your laptop, then no. The HDMI is an output.
