    How would the Cooler Master Notepal Infinite be if you have a notebook with a rear heat exhaust? Would it be okay to purchase it or should I be better off with another notebook cooler (if so, which ones)

    Thats a no no. You are better off with something else. have you read the notebook buyer's guide at the top of this section?
