    Hi People,

    The title says it all really. I've searched this forum but not found much in the way of a positive recommendation for this specific laptop.

    I basically need something that will allow me to use the laptop away from a desk; in bed, on my lap etc.

    Does the laptop get that hot? When I had mine, I had my fans on at full blast and the temperature averaged about 42-45 C.

    It gets warm on the underside after a while; enough to make prolonged lap use awkward. But for desk use its very quiet and cool.

    I'm just looking for something that will keep it cool away from the desk.
