    Cooler master u3 help

    Hi, I've been using the cooler master u3 with my dell xps l702x for a while now. I just recently noticed that the fans don't spin when my laptop is in sleep mode but still plugged into power. I remember the fan always being on as long as the laptop was plugged into power even if the laptop is sleeping. Am I remembering incorrectly or is there some setting I'm missing that would allow the fans to run when my laptop is in sleep mode (I reformatted recently so setting may have changed). Would appreciate any input from anyone who uses this cooler.

    My U3 continues to run in sleep mode as long as it is plugged into an active usb port (ie one of the ports that allows you to plug and charge while laptop is asleep) Did you recently change usb ports? If you have another usb port, try using that one to see if the same thing happens.
