Hi, I've been through several coolers over the course of notebook carrying and it seems almost impossible to find one that won't spontaneously break let alone one sturdy enough to carry around.

My latest one the highly rated Antec usb (apparently people rated based on first impressions) seems to have fallen victim in a few months to the dreaded broken power connector socket which necessitates replacing the whole thing and plagues countless other models I've used.

Is there an affordable cooler that simply works and is sturdy enough to last?

usually the problem I have is that the fans stop rotating or the power connector cooler side gets broken. I have a mountain of coolers that are paperweights for this reason. You'd think that they'd be able to solve these universal problems but no.

I do not know the size of your notebook but if it is 11-13inches. Then my microsoft notebook cooler has been in use for near 2 years and hasn't broken.
