    Hello,
I've read a lot about cooling pads lately and I see that it's important to know how to choose the right cooling pad.
Anyways, can anyone help me in choosing mind?
My notebook is a Sony Vaio BZ11XN.

    Cheers.

    Thank you for answering.
Here is a photo that I've took with my cell phone. It's not so bright but I think it's ok for you to make a decision. I attached it to the msg.

    Cheers.

the nc1000/1500/2000 would be ideal for yur application. yur laptop's main/biggest vent is in the middle, so the inifinity wouldn't be a great choice. the laptop doesn't have a dedicated GPU or a more aggressive coolin system to utilize the cryo LX. any of the 3 zalman coolers should be yur best bet.

If your BZ is getting very hot is either clogged up by dust or something is wrong - to my knowledge Sony's don't tend to get very hot.

Anything else perhaps a little less costly? This cooling pad costs more than 50 euro's in Italy and it's a little too much for me.

    Cheers.

You get what you pay for, though this sony doesnt have alot of vents. The NC2000 in the US costs about 61 dollars which cheapo Targus coolers go for 30-40 dollars and are notoriously fail prone.

I do not know whats avaliable in italy but most designs will work okay with your laptop thought the zalman is better engineered then most. The large aluminum plate accounts for most of the cost and is also a durability factor in the zalman.

try to find a nc1000. that should suit yur laptop well, and save u a little money. there are alot of plastic boxes with fans available on the market today, but there are only a hand full that will do a proper job. u have to spend a premium to get a premium item.

u could also try ebay for a refurbished one. if that exists.

Does the zalman nc1000 fit a 15,4" laptop?
