    Counterfeits or Just a good price?

    As you guys might know, im looking for new earbuds i've narrowed it down to two choices. Etymotic ER6i or the UE super.fi 2, which one has more bass and which one is overall better sounding? Do the Er6i's have replacement cables like the UE's? You think I should wait for the new apple earbuds with dual drivers?

    The good thing is that Amazon.com has a very liberal return policy so if you get them, and they turn out to be a disappointment (for whatever reason), you can ship them back at Amazon's expense.

    I think the product the OP is asking about comes from Amazon Marketplace, though, where you're subject to the individual sellers' return policies. A lot of the times you might have to end up eating the shipping fees at least, although you are protected enough by Amazon that you should at least get your refund properly.

    The er6i's lack bass, hows the bass compared to stock apple buds. If so guess I'm going to get the fi 3s over the er6i for balanced and clear sound. Good choice?

    Thanks for the info. I have purchased from Amazon Marketplace before and never paid attention to whether or not the sellers had a different policy. I was lucky in that everything I have ever had to return has been sold directly by Amazon.com and not Marketplace.

    Hmmm they're most likely legit; UE prices are starting to go down, so this kind of pricing is normal for SF3's.
    ER6i's definitely are more treble-oriented; not much on bass, however it's very detailed for something of that price, and the clarity is good.
