    Creative Zen V conection problems

    I just bought a zen v and I am having issues getting to connect to my pc. I have done everything their tech support has said and still no luck. When I plug my zen into the computer I get a message that says"USB devise not recognized." It is not showing up in my devise manager. I need some help pleasze

    Do you have the proper drivers(aka WMP 10 or 11) This device is MTP, which means you need the right drivers for windows.
