I have forgotten my laptop lock PIN and couldn't unlock it after trying 10000 combinations.

The lock is Targus Defcon CL. I would need to cut the cable which is quite hard. I supposed the inner portion is made of steel or some metal material.

Does anyone know what type of cutter is appropriate to cut the cable?

Can I purchase online since this is the COVID-19 lock-down period?

    Thanks.

10000 combinations are all the lock combinations..
And even if you cut the cable you end with the lock still on the side of the laptop...
