    Hi,

My Dell 5-button bluetooth mouse spontaneously decided to stop working today. I've been using it with no problems with Win 7 x64 since I got it a week ago. Today, I was using it and all of a sudden got no response. Moving the mouse doesn't move the cursor, right clicking brings up no context menus, and the side buttons don't move me back or forth in my browser, I checked and the mouse is on, my wireless toggle is on, bluetooth icon is showing in the tray, and clicking on "show devices" in the context menu brings up the mouse exactly as it did before. I tried running the troubleshooter but it detected no problems.

Does anyone have an idea why this would happen and how to fix it?

    Thanks,

    Dan

You did exactly what I was going to suggest you do. My Logitech does that often. Sometimes it's just as simple as resetting the wireless connection--buttons.
