Hi, I have the mouse in the link below:

    http://accessories.euro.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=uk&l=en&cs=ukdhs1&sku=570-10387

I also have the Dell Studio 1557 laptop with Widcomm Bluetooth software.

Thing is, I can't get my mouse connection to 'stick'. Sometimes it works for a couple of seconds, then stops, or if it does stay connected for a bit, soon as I turn the mouse and/or the computer off, next time I turn both back on, the connection is broken, and I have to reconnect all over again.

Basically, they don't seem to 'remember' each other, you know, like how many 360 controller and console 'remember' each other.

    Any solutions? Thanks

Drivers installed properly? Mouse have full charge? Does it have an option to remember? If so, are you selecting it? Could be many of things.

    1) Driver installs fine (incidentally, goes through install process every time I re-connect..)

    2) Batteries in the mouse are new

    3) If there's an option to remember and/or somewhere that I can link the mac address, I'd really like to know

I wouldn't know if there was an option for that, as I don't use either. But when connecting to the mouse, is there an option to do so?

Uninstall widcomm and use the one from windows update.

And add it using "devices and printers".

Aye. Almost certainly a driver issue. I updated my bluetooth driver for my Envy and I haven't had my mouse drop since. It used to do so about once a day or so. Update what you can.
