    Hey guys!

I have a 2.5 year old E1505 and just got the Samsung T220HD monitor.

It is super nice but i noticed that my samsung was flickering every 2 mins or so when i did dual monitors. Then I made sure the VGA cables are in all the way, and it seems to have corrected that problem on my samsung...

BUT, now on my laptop, the screen flickers once like maybe every 2-3 minutes or so...

Does it have to do with my VGA cable or my graphics card or what?

I was worried at first that it was my brand new Samsung monitor, but once I made sure the VGA cable was in all the way, it seems to have corrected the problem on my Samsung...

check the graphics card settings.. should be 60 hz with v-sync?

get another monitor?... it might be a graphics problem if it appears on another monitor

Yah it is 60Hz. I guess i could try to unplug the VGA and see if it still flickers without the dual monitors running...You think the Samsung monitor can cause the flickering on my laptop??

Well i unplugged the VGA cable and just used my laptop screen, and there is no flickering, then when i attached the VGA to my external, my external flickered...ahgg this is so annoying especially with a day old monitor...
